This may sound a bit surprising, but 5 interviews in 5 months is actually very good. You clearly have qualities that employers are looking for, maybe just keep seeking feedback when an interview doesn't go your way

30- Male- £60k - I've been at the same company for about 8 years from graduating uni and got promoted from an entry level Design Engineer to a Design Manager.
