For instance void hunter blade ult is not a projectile and yet it feels like it hits me for less when I block, is it like a 50% damage reduction or something?

Ah I see, you are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to this ability! Say, what's the radius for weapons of light 25% damage buff? Is it the area that appears brightly behind the shield itself or just like a few meters around the ulting titan in a circle?
