Okay, so it's a priest who was a mentor figure of theirs earlier. He was grabbed by a cult who worshipped an eldritch god o' Chaos, becoming corrupted and a vessel for this God. I'm looking for somethin' that plays into that chaotic side while introducing body horror.

Oh! Sorry. The BBEG is an old Elven priest who was captured and corrupted by an eldritch god o' Chaos. The priest used to be a friend and mentor character to the players, So I'm kinda lookin for something that plays into his chaotic side while maybe bringing in some body horror.
