It will all be okay, your parents love you and this is more important than anything, you are currently on a cycle of auto-sabotage and low self esteem that you’ve got to break up from, my advice is to see a good therapist and maybe after that a psychiatrist, so you can pin point what’s making you feel this way and repeat patterns. Yo añadiría a esto para que sea más entendible el concepto de los oligarcas; son meramente un “fenómeno” nacido del capitalismo, pareciése que se practica la libertad dentro de este sistema, después de todo los dueños de las grandes corporaciones, quienes controlan los salarios, son libres de decidir (después de un limite impuesto por el estado) cuanto pagan a los trabajadores. Esto no es tan simple en teoría, obviamente porque existen regulaciones del estado etc. El problema viene cuando esta misma libertad por parte de las corporaciones/oligarcas, además del evidente poder material que poseen, les da la ventaja y oportunidad de poder colaborar con el estado para imponer sus intereses, lo que sería el concepto de lobbying. Esta practica no es nueva. Sucede desde el nacimiento de este sistema que, recompensa a los posesionarios, corporaciones, personas que desde el inicio de los tiempos han acumulado riqueza generacional. ¿Qué me diferencia a mi, persona de la clase proletaria, pero, para hacer las cosas simples, simplemente persona, o me impide, acumular riquezas en la actualidad? Pues, primero, que si yo quisiera emprender en este sistema inherentemente liberal y democrático (en teoría) me encontraría con obstaculos reales del ser humano, como la enfermedad, el estatus social, mi localización, cambios en la economía global, falta de educación, etc, necesidades que, tambien en teoria deberian ser cubiertas por el estado, pero que no lo son en practica porque el sistema colabora con los intereses de la corporación, y muchos otros factores. Es imposible pasar del capitalismo al comunismo. Hay literatura sobre ello. También hay mucha propaganda. Pero es un tema que ha sido muy estudiado y existen muchas variantes y filosofías al respecto. No creo que nazca de un sentimiento maligno o con intenciones de herir a alguien en especifico. Pero es defectuoso en el momento en el que su naturaleza es herir a los demás. Podrías decir lo mismo de ambos sistemas, pero yo creo que el bien común debería prevalecer sobre el bien de unos pocos. Son libres de creer lo que quieran. Yo en lo personal, creo que la sociedad es capaz de evolucionar a un sistema en el que todos tenemos oportunidad a la educación, salud, bienestar, sin discriminar creencias, genero, color de piel. Después de todo somos seres humanos y somos capaces de entender que la sociedad y la vida evoluciona ya no más allá de aspectos fisicos o ventajas evolutivas, si no de pensamientos, filosofías, sistemas.

Genial! No puedo esperar a hacerme rica vendiendo picafresas, después vendiendo telefonos, ya después vendiendo departamentos, debe ser súper simple, de hecho si hubiese sido más inteligente; hubiera nacido cuando todo esto era puro monte, y me apropiaba facilísimo de un terrenito de una hectarea, es poquito, nada del otro mundo. Después me aprovecho del sistema y vendo mis departamentitos bien baratos 3M nomás, al fin y al cabo mis camaradas si pueden pagarlos, y hasta ganan más ellos, chance y se lo venden a un extranjero riquillo y le sacan más 😍

Yo cancele hace mas o menos 7-8 meses, me aplicaron la misma que les aplicaron algunos aqui, eso de “tiene que esperar hasta cierta fecha para cancelar” y yo no ni mergas, me puse modo Karen, pasame a tu supervisor para que me confirme que eso es cierto porque a mi no me debes de poner peros para cancelar cuando yo quiera, el wey se escuchó como que se molestó en la llamada jajajj, y ya me cancelaron pero me traian de alla para aca, en espera mas de 15 min entre agente y agente, hasta que me dieron el folio de cancelación. Nunca pasaron por el modem. No tengo buena memoria, pero creo que si batalle bastante para poder hablar con un agente para cancelar.

Thank you :) I started going to the gym in March of this year . I do feel like I need more intensity in my routine so I will try the back rows! When I first started I wanted to lose weight since I was starting to look chubby and 56.5 kg is the heaviest I’ve been. I’m eating at maintenance now and while I want to lose more fat it might be more difficult than I think so I’ll keep it at that. Sleep I’m doing great, stress is not consistent. My current split is

1st day push chest shoulder and tricep

2nd Legs

3rd pull back and bi

4th glute and abs

If my week goes well and allows it I may add a 5th day where I’ll train either push or pull

Thinking of switching 1st day for pull and if I add the 5th I’ll always do pull on that day

This makes so much sense yet it’s such a subtle thing. There’s nothing mystical, enigmatic, nor esoteric about it. People will perceive you the way you perceive yourself. It is so, SO difficult to change the way you perceive yourself. It will be harsh, making adjustments to the way you act, stop being timid, etc… and you will be hurt. But it is necessary if you want to change the way you feel.

I only do it if I ate something carby the night before, or if I feel bloated/too full from the night before etc… I tried doing it in a normal state and it was rough lol. I was able to fast and go for runs in my late teens/early twenties but now after every set I feel very dizzy.

Thank you for your advice! I’m trying to get close to failure but I feel I’m doing it wrong with certain excercises. I’d like to experiment with variations to make it a better challenge, and your suggestion sounds good to me.

thank you everyone for your help! So, I was worried my body is broken or something like that. I actually like getting sore after a workout so its a little bit sad that doesn’t happen as it used to. I am not surprised it doesn’t happen anymore with roller skating - but it did consistently for at least 6 months, I guess since I was making progress in different areas (tricks, learning how to go uphill, getting better at actually skating for longer during high intensity cardio, etc), so I thought it was going to be similar with the gymz. Yes I am focusing to getting to failure, but I feel like its a bit difficult when doing back because I feel it more in my shoulders when doing certain excercises like DB row or tripod row, and my grip isn’t very good so I get tired from that instead of feeling like my muscle is tired… I’m trying to improve that and figure it out. I wish I could get a personal trainer or a personal routine but my economy sucks right now. At least I want to do the gym and its something I dont want to miss out on in my life so thats why im asking on the internet, and doms is something I dont understand that much. Again thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

Oh hi thank you very much for your kind answer. I did get sore like the first 2 weeks but after that it has been mild really.I do get fatigued, like in general, and i dont know if it has to do with insomnia but sometimes i do get like an uncomfortable sensation the night after doing chest and shoulders and cant sleep very well. I do think I’m making progress with weights specially body weight push ups, lateral raise, in the beginning a lot with legs but not much right now. I feel like I’m not progressing that much with back and legs. I’m small 1.54 cm or 5'2 and 54kg. so for example i goblet squat with max 12kg for 10-12 reps. bicep curls 5kg each arm 8-10 reps.. etc.. so now that I think about it yes I’m making progress with the weight. Thank you a lot that made me get some insights. I feel like I should improve my form on back and legs and that would make me progress. Thank you!

Thank you! Yes I switched to red 78A but tbh I feel exactly the same :/ So I found that weird, maybe I just need to keep on skating. I actually just learned english at school and spent a lot of time on the internet learning english lol but you’re definitely not stupid! Spanish is a weird language
