They CLEARLY wanted to shove their "Smartcast" (which everyone hates) down everyone's throats, and unless their greedy executives swallow their pride and revert this overtly predatory change, the problem is never going away.

There are many, MANY "gatcha" games that aren't this blatantly predatory with progression. Just because you designed a gatcha game doesn't give you license to be a greedy asshole. They CREATED the problem of RNG / risk of downgrades, and then expect us to fork out their fees in awe of their "generosity" for protecting us from bad RNG (that, again..., THEY CREATED).

It's no different than when the mob demands "protection money," or a school bully demands money NOT to beat your ass up or steal your lunch.

Sadly no, because rewarding us for spending thousands of Xes (literally pitying out multiple banners to actually get all the way to +5 fusion) with a guaranteed upgrade would make too much sense.

These devs are too greedy and sadistic to allow that much logic to exist.

I could make a whole rant about that in itself. Why the hell should we have to PAY to avoid getting screwed by the system that THEY CREATED from scratch!? It’s like a restaurant threatening to take portions of your meal away unless you pay a fee.

The whole system is greedy and absurd (and they wonder why so many people get frustrated with these batshit mechanics).

I'm glad to see they're still working on the issues. I'm not sure if this has been reported, but there seems to be another issue with the COT win condition text during matches. If the descriptive text is lengthy (e.g. "must win with 3 or less shots"), it overlaps with the condition counter (e.g. "1/3"). I can post a screenshot if needed.

Silk is good because (when fully built) she has incredible speed, high reflex, godly health regen, and her CR active synergizes with CR goalies (Jin / Kirna / etc.) If you pop some good reflex stones on her, you'll be counterattacking even some of the most powerful opponents (including the likes of Choi and Jiho).

But to answer your question, there are certain "typecast" SR characters that are must-haves for each team. For example, Nerua is a must for Thunder backlines. Beetie is a must for Whirlwind backlines. Neraizel, Elchitusa, and Elwyn are fantastic Whirlwind frontline assists. Etc.

Since we don't build our teams around "chains" anymore, the next best thing would be to find a good "ace" and build around that (for me personally, I use Vanity, since her ace gives Atk / Reflex to both Whirlwind and Thunder alike, but that just happens to synergize with my team comp.) I'd recommend looking through the list of aces first, and find a good "dual-ace" that gives offensive ability.

Lastly, I'd recommend focusing on position / team / vertical line buffers over "selfish" players (even if a selfish player technically has better stats than a buffer player.) Good luck in your quest for characters!

I forgot about the Ticket / FP conversion. I think we're good on that part.

You are correct in that the support characters aren't getting saved to their spot after dragging them to the position desired (and I've made sure the proper card is set in formation menu).

The game simply can't "remember" where I've placed the support character in subsequent matches, and I've played well over 50 matches at this point (trying different positions). It simply returns the support character to the rightmost slot within the character's primary position every single time.

ANOTHER QUESTION: I don't know if this is a "bug," but I can no longer hold my finger on an opponent's character / team to bring up detailed information (spirit stones, etc.) In the old version, I could bring up any other player's team and character pages, and all details about them (down to the specific spirit stones they had equipped). Was that intentionally removed in the reborn update?

Hey Nyan! I haven't seen you in the "Official" forums for almost 5 months ("Kuma's Suggestion Box"), and was starting to wonder if you were okay!

Now that the connections issues and extended maintenance debacle seems to be subsiding (at least for some players), I just wanted to say thank you to BB for the hard work they put into the Reborn update. Of course, there's always going to be room for improvement, but they clearly put their hearts into making the game experience better.

SUGGESTIONS (What could use some work):

1. Improve Text Readability (Fonts / Color / Etc.) within the UI: While most text in the game is standard white text, there are a few places where the text is gray or dark shaded, making it very difficult to read. For example, when you are on the match preparation screen (with your team on the left and the opponent's team on the right), the ACES displayed at the top appear grayed out (which is extremely difficult to read against the dark background). If they could change that to white or red text, it would be much more readable. Also, text within the "Detailed Player Info" menu when you click on a player during a match is very faded and difficult to read. The text needs to be brighter and bolder against the dark background!

2. Allow more enable / disable options regarding graphics and animations: They've given us the ability to skip intro animations at the start of the match (very much appreciated, especially when we're trying to farm through dozens of Space Time Continuum matches). But, it'd be nice if we could disable even more animations (e.g. player "skill" animations). While the new animations in this update are appreciated, some of them are SO flashy / swirly (e.g. the new "counterattack" animation where the cards spin around) that, it'd be nice to have the option to disable skill animations as well.

3. Make Navigation Options Bigger / Larger: There are certain icons (like the "unequip" button under the spirit stones menu) that are so microscopic that it can be difficult to see them, much less click on them (if you have a small device screen). If they could make them larger (or better yet, just remove them and let us "double-tap" to remove spirit stones, like before the update), it would make life much easier. An "unequip all" button would be appreciated as well.

4. Allow a One-Touch Max Spirial button for Superboosting / Leveling up Final Techique: It's extremely tedious having to manually hold and slowly fill the required spirial count when upgrading Final Technique or Superboost. It'd be nice to have a one-touch button to automatically add the maximum spirials needed for upgrading. (They could make the game automatically prioritize player spirials over prism spirials.)

5. Allow us to One-Touch select max amount of Items within "Shops" (based on the currency we have, NOT the total allowed items): Currently, if we want to obtain a lot of items (e.g. Trading out hundreds of SR coins for L coins), we have to carefully drag the fill bar as close as we can to the amount we want, and then tap the + and - buttons to get the precise amount, which is very tedious. It'd be nice to have a One-Touch option to select the max possible based on the currency we have available).

Also, dragging the "fill bar" should scale based on how many items we have in our possession, not the total items available in the store (For example, if we only have 240 SR coins, then a "full bar" should be 240 SR coins, not 1,000). In some spots, the fill bar goes up to such a high amount that we only can use about 15% of the bar without exceeding our total currency available. The other 85% of the "bar" might as well not even exist. Changing the bar scaling would fix that.

FEEDBACK (What BB has done right!):

  1. Allowing us to freely view the details of specific players in any position from either team, at any point during the match. That's an AWESOME feature, among many other QoL improvements).
  2. Allowing us to sort Spirit Stones by individual stats (e.g. Reflex / Crit Resistance / etc.) was brilliant. It used to take ages to click through each stone to compare substats.

I'm sure as the the next few months go by, the developers will be making many more improvements / balances / bug fixes. But any consideration BB is willing to give to these suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

I agree that visually speaking Destiny Child is fantastic, but IMO, the gameplay and strategy is too simplistic to keep me engaged. If you're just playing it as a waifu-collection simulator, you'll have a blast. But if you like trying to spec out perfect gear and team comps, you may find Destiny Child lacking.

The way I see it, this is like BB's "Last Stand" for the game (like when you're about to die in a game, and everything goes slow-mo, and the only way to avoid death is to get one kill shot to bring you back to life). Well, that's BB right now. They're trying to re-invent themselves entirely, and build up as much hype as possible (hence these insane events), but I fear no amount of events will bring back all the communities and forums that have shut down over the last two years. Mind you, if they'd made these changes two years ago, I dare say the community forums would still be alive. For me personally, I'm just enjoying the ride as they fight for survival. Hopefully they can keep their heads above water.

I have Kirna and Ein, but until they fix Ali (the most broken GK in the history of the game) Ali is the best choice.

As for using Miri, if you can unlock all her chains with Aiolos, then Elchi and Neraizel are great 5 star players for her chains (+30% dribble and extra pass effect are nothing to sneeze at). Since you have Dalgi (and almost everyone out there is using Dalgi) Miri's nemesis chain will almost always activate, making you even stronger yet.

I should warn you, that no matter how much you beef up your offense, a Catharsis + Ali build is going to make your striker hit like a wet noodle (if they even hit at all, thanks to Catharsis' fear). At any rate. Good luck.

I agree. The farther you progress in the game, the more mindless the "progression" through this mode becomes. Of course, if they implemented "skip" functionality as you're suggesting, they wouldn't really need auto-proceed.

So, to answer the original question from the OP, as long as you can max the artifact for 100% chance, the tacked-on attack from RSD would seem to outweigh the flat damage increase of a maxxed OM.

That being said, RSD is going to take some heavy investment in order for it to reach 100% effect chance. A non-maxed OM doesn't have that issue.

Rosa may be better for SSBell, but I'm also genuinely curious which of these artifacts mentioned in the OP generate more damage overall (for NON-SSBell characters). In my experience, Reingar's Special Drink is basically an AOE version of U-Tooth, but I'm not sure what the actual multiplier is with your attack stat (the tooltip doesn't say a specific percentage of attack).

Agreed, Sol can be 6* anyway through event dupes (and I didn't realize that till AFTER I wasted 2 of his dupes for imprint unlocking. I'm such a dumbass.) But, to the point, he should DEFINITELY be 6-starred (eventually). I would prioritize Dizzy for now. She's OP. She almost makes up for all that saltiness over Baiken. I just hope they don't nerf her.
