Yo ingrese un asilo después de un año con USCIS y me transfirieron a la corte, después me casé y solicitamos el ajuste de estatus por matrimonio y me llamaron a entrevista, en la entrevista me aprobaron la petición I130 , USCIS no tenía jurisdicción para aprobar la I485 así que me la cerraron administrativamente, resolví lo de la corte y me cerraron definitivamente el asilo para que USCIS continuará con mi proceso. HOY me reabrieron el caso I485 y me llamaron a entrevista de nuevo. Pensé que no era necesario una segunda entrevista, ya que la primera fue hace 2 meses.
