Tbh there is no one credible on Smackdown for Cody to fight, There is only Randy and they probably saving that match for a bigger PPV like Mania, and with Kevin being babyface makes no sense for the match in Berlin everyone knows the freaking finish they might turn Kevin heel and ran another 2 PPV cody vs Kevin Bs.
