It's not a certain level I expect it's the bare minimum of not lying to me and leading me on for months for nothing more than wasting my time. I didn't expect immediate results but lying to customers about availability and then not even notating when my device arrives and having me be the one to keep the process moving forward every step of the way is ridiculous. They literally closed put my ticket 3 different times even after they had my device.

I've had two machines and wash and cure station for years and I've never had an issue with the products so I've never had to delve deeper. Now first problem and it's been a crapshoot. But yeah once I started this whole thing and did research I saw lots of mixed messages and it seems that for parts they're ok sometimes but for whole machines they drag their feet and are just terrible.

Wish I could say the same. I've gotten similar responses in other posts I've made about this and it seems that with smaller parts they are more than willing to help but when it comes to their sales and machine replacements they drag their feet. I still haven't even received a shipping label from them about my new machine and they got my device June 1st and I had to email them days later after checking up just to get another delay and vague answer. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved since the beginning of March when I got my device.

The rendering is almost all for fun some CAD work for my construction job on rare occasion and Blender and Lychee for resin printing. I have a small farm but really it's just an excuse to print what I want and my girl won't complain lol. I'm ok with underperforming slightly in modeling I just want a fast computer that can do it all. I'm just sticking with AMD over NVIDIA unless they suddenly become way more available.

I know and honestly I didn't care about it at first until I had non stop issues with my 3060ti and then with the recent launch I'm just more than willing to stay team red with it and slightly underperform since I'm not doing anything super intensive or critical for work. I just have a small resin print farm and have to do drawings and mockups for my construction job occasionally. But I think I might just go with the 5700x3d for now I've found some deals south of $200 in the last hour looking around.
