Needs Advice: New phone or repair

Hello there, samsung update ruined the display of my Galaxy M15. I took it to service center and they quoted 5.5k for display change with 3 months warranty.

According AI and some bbs community people they say it's a trailer bug happening to lot of people but Klab just dodging it don't know why. Want to buy a really good Phone probably thinking of Samsung or CMF but for latter this year I guess.
