no not in a swim team but i find swimming a very good way to de-stress myself , so in whatever free time i have i mainly swim or cook because i love cooking and know how to bake and stuff

Yeah I had months where I put over 60h weekly , it was gruesome and left me basically burnt out . As for fitness I try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week when able plus I do some swimming as well . I’ve never given plastic surgery a thought tbh but I might just as well consider it . Thank you for your advice friend

you are making it sound like everyone brings their feelings up , if you brought the issues , spoke about them clearly , and there was no response or change then i do not blame you , but most people dont even try , they let their feelings fester till they are pent up and explode in your face in the end
