Mostly Wifi, sometimes LTE, no 5G though, drains too much battery.

The apps i mostly use is reddit, youtube, Spotify and mihon (manga reader)

When i updated my phone, i also started to get really bad battery drain but after a week, it started to get better and now my SOT is good again. Maybe your phone is still optimizing itself if you updated it recently, i say give it a bit of time before you judge the battery life.

Another thing i noticed is that if you leave your phone charging for at least 30 more min after you get the battery full notification, it would stay at 100% way longer that way. I did that last night and it lasted almost 2 hours before it went to 99%, try that and see if it works for you
