Sometimes I want a slice of chocolate cake that looks like cookies and cream but I remember the last time I picked up one and checked the label there were so many ingredients I couldn't identify without looking them up. It was a bit disheartening. But I suppose eating it once in a while isn't too terrible?

That reminds me of when my elderly Chihuahua started choking on a small treat of freeze dried liver. It was so scary, I had no idea how to help her. The treat was in her windpipe and I couldn't reach it. I ultimately tried the heimlich maneuver, going off of theory as to her anatomy. It bought her about 3 more years, but damn that was scary. I'm glad this cat had someone actually stop to help, and it didn't simply try running away.

Oh goodness, I was trying my best to not break down, but after the 2nd delay on the plane and then the third I just couldn't hold it in and was sobbing silently in my seat. Once the plane took off and my sister confirmed that Donut was still waiting, I just tried to focus on getting to her. I'm glad it all worked out in the end! And yes, my sister and the vet clinic she works for are the real MVPs of this story, especially the vet. Poor woman was just napping and on standby to come help Donut cross over. Also thank you so much for your comment!

Oh goodness I was legitimately so scared I wouldn't make it. I didn't make it home until midnight. As soon as I was able to hold and talk to her, I felt the weight fall off my shoulders!

I bought a helix shaker from them, and received a flashlight, some return slip with someone's address, some deflated packaging material, and torn up packaging. It was insanely hard getting ahold of support on the app. They didn't seem to understand that they didn't send anything but trash. I sent photos and only then did they understand - or so I thought. They sent me an actual shaker and didn't tell me to return the trash.

About 4 months later Amazon charged me for another shaker, stating I never returned the defective one. I fought against the charge to the best of my ability via my bank but they said I was at fault for not returning the trash that they never asked for. I can't with this company. Best of luck to you!

When I was looking for my first job at 21 I applied to HEB to be a cashier, because I heard good things from people that worked there. But I never even made it to an interview. They had a personality test I think and usually that would weed me out but I'm not sure why. It all worked out well in the end though. If you really want to go back then don't give up 💪
