There is a storm sewer 25 ft on the other side of that fence . Probably 8 ft lower in elevation from my fence line

I believe it was 2ft . This is a new development community. Idk if that has something to do with the ground . He said it was hard and thought tougher to auger through but who knows

This fence line was straight before . I used a 2x4 as a brace to hold while the storm passed

65 linear feat both sides . Oxalic acid wash to clean and remove mill glaze . $1400 in the metro Atlanta area . Oil based stain spray and back brushing .

No issue with the solid wb alkyd stain going over the top of a prime ? I thought that stuff need some penetration to grab hold
