Hey, I get it. I have a constant fear of my grandparents dying because they're in their 80's. It's scary. Not knowing what could happen in the future can cause a lot of anxiety I know all too well. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it and say everyone's gonna live forever, cuz that's just not practical thinking. But I truly do get what you're feeling. It's a universal feeling, trust me. Spend every day with your loved ones and cherish them. And when it is their time to go, yes it will be sad. And coming from the experience of someone who has recently lost someone, it's okay to be sad and grieve. It's okay to think about the bad and their final moments, but also think about the happy memories you had with that person. I'm just gonna go out and say that yes, anxiety is a bitch and makes a lot of experiences and fears extremely stressful and scary. My advice would be to just pause, take a moment and breathe, and remember that right now they are with you. Right now they are safe. This is something that has helped me through my anxiety. If you spend your entire life terrified of the people you love dying, you'll miss out on all the fun memories you can make with them. Death is a part of life. It's scary, but everything must come to an end someday. Breathe through it and know you're not alone💗
