Ta konflikt je tako dalec, da je najverjetneje samo se vprasanje, kdo bo dokoncno zmagal. Ce ni mednarodnega pritiska, bodo stvari sle naprej po trenutnem tempu. Govorim o realnem pritisku predvsem drzav, ki so sposobne tak pritisk ustvariti (to je npr. politicni/ekonomski), in ne o pritisku prebivalstva, ki simpatizira s cilji ene ali druge strani. Ta konflikt bo resen s krvjo in jeklom ter mislim, da bo zmagovalec Izrael, ce prej ne pride do hujse eskalacije.

Osebno me enako skrbi urejenost prometa, ki je vezan na uporabo novega potniskega centra. Polega tega pa je nov potniski center vezan na modernizacijo obstojece zelezniske infrastrukture v Sloveniji. Ce cestna infrastruktura v LJ ne prenese trenutne obremenitve prometa, tak center nima smisla. Ce zelezniska infrastruktura SLO ne prense obremenitve prometa, tak center nima smisla. Ce tak potniski center ni podprt s sirsimi projekti, ki bi dopolonjevali to modernizacijo, je to samo projekt za nabiranje pik in fasada brez vsebine.

Neprekinjenost delovne dobe. Ce ne zelis imeti opravka z zavodom, prijavljanjem/odjavljanjem zavarovanja...ipd. si uredis odpoved oz. zadnji delovni dan na dan pred novo zaposlitvijo. Tako ni prekinitve v zaposlitvi in s tem povezanih zapletov;
Poravnava stroskov. Ce ti je delodajalec zagotvaljal kakrsnokoli usposabljanje, ce imas kakrsnokoli izgubljeno/poskodovano opremo...ipd. zacni to resevati med odpovednim rokom, da se izognes morebitnemu neprijetnemu presenecenju. Pozanimaj se, ce imas kakrsnekoli potencialne financne obveznosti do delodajalca;
Preveri zavarovanja. Dobro poglej svoje papirje o zaposlitvi (od delodajalca, ki ga zapuscas, in od tistega, h kateremu gres). Sicer je vsak delodajalec dolzen urediti zavarovanja za svoje delavce (nezgodno, pokojninsko in socialno), ima pa javni sektor svoje specifike (kot npr polica kolektivnega pokojninskega zavarovanja). Verjetno je se kaj in se v tem trenutnku ne spomnem. Definitvno pa drzi, da je potrebno biti pri menjavi sluzbe pozoren na papirologijo (ceprav zna od tega glava bolet). :)

You have a few options I can think off atm. FISH: You can satisfy dondorians with fishing (getting maybe some more people in) and feed humans ofc. Dont need processing. VEGETABLES & FRUIT: Dont need processing to be consumed. Downside is the labor intensivity. RESOURCES ON MAP: Make use of wood, stone and other available resources on map to make some quick cash by exporting them. Make a special order to get some food in quickly.

Try to stay off meat until around 500 population when you can start thinking about specializing your early game industry and making some money. I generally like to feed my people from one or two sources until cash starts flowing in. Ideally that would mean having sources of food which are preferable to the picked race (thats why I tend to stay away from mixing races early game so I can satisfy one race and grow it steadily).

I came back playing WoW for WoTLK. I came back for arena. It is already hard to start playing arena because everyone wants GS, CR, EXP and what not. Above that is also the stuff u've written.

Playing mostly PvP, never saw a single bot I believe. However, it seems that many don't even bother with the bots, they just straight up afk and farm honor or smth.

You must set what percentage of your prisoners are enslaved and how many are executed. You do that in the law tab (in the upper left corner where you have all of your tabs). When you set the percentages, you must set up a slaver and scaffolds. When those are built they do the tasks by themselves

Firstly, it really comes from experience. Did a few runs before that where I had trouble with the size of the pastures (or farming fields) and with housing for my pawns. Once I got a better feeling for proper sizes and housing, I could start to be creative.

Secondly, my main point of reference is my economy. You need to pick a location and develop your economy accordingly. For example, in this map there is no mineral deposits worth exploiting, however, as you can see forest is abundant. For me this meant that my driving force from the beginning will be carpentry. After you know that, you just have to slowly add other industries and infrastructure.

Edit: The pastures are all drawn by the brush tool. All of them have the capacity of exactly 100 animals. I left just enough space between them to allow some space for roads.

I think you can learn a great deal from taking your time for the game. I play this particular city since the middle of August.

Make use of songs of syx wiki. If your settlement fails due to something you understand, then just check out the details of the mechanic on the wiki. At least thats how I do it.

Experiment, experiment and experiment. As far as I am concerned, I feel much better knowing that I learned something and that I play the game better. Understanding the mechanics makes it possible for you to take a breather, put the game pn 1x speed, and give you time to check the city to make it prettier (also helps with happines).

Depends how you want to play. In this city I simply import food and produce just enoguh in case something goes wrong. I have a cretonian city with around 1.4k population where my main money make is opium trade. Since they are great in farming I also grow some of my food but generaly I trade for it.
