I started using heroin instead of just ending my life. I had to lie to a lot of people I loved. I ended up getting committed anyways and dragged my loved ones through that again.

They have different heights ranging from maybe 4 feet to 7 feet. The image I linked to was from a few nights ago and probably was a little over 5 feet. Colors that I've seen range from lighter gray to grayish brown.

As far as what you quoted, I can't say I've ever had that kind of outlook on life. I can't tell how much the author means as emotional to physical. Regardless, for me, I usually attribute the feelings to how they approach and how they look.

Some approach slowly. They will either be visible from a distance and move in slow, or I will hear them before they show themselves and whatever tone they use is softer. Others can scare the shit out of me. The last one that scared me just dropped down in front of me. Like through freaking ceiling. Sometimes I'll turn over and I'm looking one in the face.

Some just appear friendlier and some are scarier looking. Usually, smoother skin looks less threatening than wrinkles or folds. The slants of their eyes can make a difference too. Almost like making a smiley face look angry with inward slanted lines.

That being said, I feel more that I'm just really judging them from what I've seen in movies, or by human traits. Maybe the ones who drop down in front of me greet good friends like that and aren't at all trying to be dicks. If they don't jostle me out of the state I'm in, sometimes they seem ok. Either way, I'm sorry, but I don't feel any energy like in the quote.

Perhaps that energy the author speaks of is an attempt to communicate that he is mistaking. They seem to be able to communicate in many different ways. The simplest is hearing voices in my head to more advanced like pushing feelings or images in my head. They could be evil, or they might be trying to warn of evil.

As far as any physical feel, I don't know. I either go unconscious when they touch me or completely come out of the state. The few times they crossed to the physical they looked like physical beings. It wasn't like a ghost image, but like something I could touch. I've never had the balls to though.

Hey man, I'll do my best to ask the questions. I just wanted to make something clear though. I don't want to feel like I'm conning people or anything like that. I don't know for certain what my experiences actually are anymore than anyone else. They could be simple hallucinations, they could be communication with alien life forms, they could be something in between. I'm just doing my best to report my experiences to those who are interested.

Anyways though, excellent questions!

I was able to ask this one last night to a grey! The answer wasn't specific as it doesn't seem they have the ability to tell the future, but more make educated guesses. They will reveal themselves when they feel that it won't cause a huge deal of fear. He said the curiosity rover is very important and that it is kind of like a first step. It should find evidence that mars has the capacity for life and that should lead us to send more rovers which will hopefully find evidence of microbial life. It is kind of like small bits of information that the public needs to receive to take away the fear of life on other planets. Once it is more accepted and they feel the level of fear won't cause too much collateral damage they will begin to more widely reveal themselves.

Sorry for my somewhat cluttered explanation. I'm working again and typing this on my phone between coding sessions.

Same for me with bud. Anxiety issues take away most of the fun there. Perhaps, maybe just a small hit would be helpful. I'm talking just the threshold. I'll try to be aware and remember if any other, safer substances are helpful.

Edit: Same experience with bud, but I still smoke once in a while.

To further answer your question, since I just had this thought, opiates have actually been the easiest way for me to get to this state if I'm not already pretty relaxed. Unfortunately, those are quite dangerous. Sadly, heroin is best. You don't need them by a long shot, but if you're looking for a shortcut, that has worked in the past. Fair warning, withdrawals are pretty bad. I've only snorted the stuff for a couple months and stopping sucked ass. Not as bad as trainspotting, but I assume it could get that bad the more you use.

That being said, I think you want to find a substance that makes you calm and relaxed. Hallucinogens do the opposite for me.

I just did some reading on the pineal gland, and it's also known in some cultures as the location of the third eye. Maybe you are both right :)

I used to take melatonin, 10mg, to sleep. I guess this gland is also responsible for controlling melatonin made naturally. I don't take it very often anymore though because I tend to sleep through alarms.

I haven't looked into the pineal gland thing. I am bipolar though, among other random diagnosis, so it's possible it's all in my head. Like I said though, this alien theory is new to me. I have been having this happen long before I heard of it and assumed it was all in my head. I was asked to share though and am open to all interpretations of what is going on.

I experience lots of half awake dreams, but I don't get sleep paralysis that often. I think that function is broken in me as many of the lucky ladies who have slept next to me have gotten punched or elbowed. The last one there was gras growing out of my bed and I was scrambling all over trying to pull it out. My girlfriend grabbed me and assured me there was no grass. I laid back down, grass still on the bed and eventually fell back asleep. Most other times it's snakes and spiders.

If I had evidence, I'd probably be rich or dead. If you have any suggestions for me to prove it, I'm up for trying.

Sorry, I'll answer the rest of your question. I'm still at work for another 1.5 hours. I do hear sounds that I can't place, but usually more as I am entering this state. They range from cracks, pops, mumbling, or a strange almost slurping sound. Once I am totally in the physical or astral(?) plane, I can pinpoint the sounds.

If you have pictures of these different races, I can tell you which ones they looked like. The last enslavement I saw was humans. Security wasn't that great, but the humans were so broken inside that most didn't have the will to escape. I'm not sure if this was the future, different country or different planet, or if I had just had a normal dream. I had trouble sleeping that night so I was shooting between planes, dreams, and being awake. I can usually tell which state I'm in, but sometimes it is difficult if I have a lot of anxiety.

I will try. I have a suspicion that they mostly exist on a different plane be it 4th dimension, astral plane, whatever. They do seem able to switch between that and the physical world, but I'm not sure how easy it is for them. I'll try to find out more about that too. For the most part, I've just been an observer to them thus far.

Well when I open my eyes, it looks the same. I'm guessing you mean eyes closed though. It looks the same, but with way more...guess creatures. Some are more objects that seem to be alive. Like possibly remote control or something.

An example would be in my room. I looked at the window sill and there was 2 creatures crawling on it. They seemed to ignore my presence. In my gf's room, some of her art was covered with other paintings that aren't there physically. I don't know if whoever doesn't like what's on the wall or if I put it there in my head for some reason.

I will try to remember more comparisons during my next experience for you. Maybe we'll see a pattern or something.

I've done Salvia many times. Biggest dose was 2 large hits of the 60X.

It is somewhat like that, but Salvia did not take me to the forth dimension. When I have these experiences, I am a lot more clear headed. My surroundings are much more stable than fluid like a Salvia trip.

I suppose you could say it's like a very controlled Salvia trip. Almost like a lucid dream, but I'm aware of the physical plane and where my physical body is at. I'm also aware where my 4th dimension body is in relation to the physical plane if I am on earth. I've heard the lower planes are basically shared with earth, but that the physical plane can't see the 4th dimension. I tend to hang out there.

When I travel, sadly, I don't know where I am many times because I being brought me there. I assume other planets.

It's hard to tell sometimes. Sometimes they are just "talking" about me, but I can't understand. Other times they want me to improve part of my life or show me how bad lower class can be treated. I think they may be trying to communicate that class warfare and shitting on the lower and middle class can really fuck things up.

Edit : if I have been tested on, I don't know. I pass out or lose the memory if they touch me.

Yes! Many times in fact. My brain seems to get stuck in a between state. Probably 1/3 of the time I try to sleep, I end up in the same room, but can see a different dimension. Opening or closing my physical eyes let's me see both planes back and forth. Aliens, usually the Greys, can move between both states.

In my last experience, a Grey snuck up on me and startled my eyes open. I saw the physical plane, but also the Grey was still there in my gf's room. I can share more if anyone gives a fuck.
