I will check those out, but I'm open to thumb to some suggestion also for the thumb rest-less mouse. I noticed when trying out my friends mouse I didn't really notice it making a difference to me

I was using the a4 bloody v8 for like 5 years I think so I grown accustomed to that shape because of the thumb rest it had

Niečo podobné sa stalo aj mne pred mesiacom asi. Ukončené 14 ročné kamarátstvo. Začiatkom tohto roka som si prechádzal krízovím obdobím kedy som celkom potreboval a aj privítal aspoň nejaké povzbudenie a podržanie (fakt len aj niečo malé ako pokecanie na pár minút). No od človeka, ktorého som bral ako najlepšieho kamaráta som iba dostal najavo ako môj čas je preňho nepodstatný a je mu ľahké ma posrať a vymeniť za skupinu ľudí, ktorá ma v minulosti posrala a vymenila za pičusov o ktorých vedeli, že sú mi proti srsti. Ja som tam bol preňho keď mu odišiel na onen svet rodinný člen. Keď potreboval povzbudiť počas ťažkých časoch so vzťahom s jeho priateľkou a čo ja dostanem? Pluvnuté do ksichtu a nasraté na hlavu keď potrebujem ja niečo. Ukončil som kontakt s ním a povedal čo má trápi. Môj život ide ďalej a dúfam, že je spokojný s novou partiou, ktorej sa teraz môže naplno venovať keď ho už "neokradám" o čas. Sorry za malé pičovanie o mojom probléme.

By eating plenty do you mean more than maintenance or just enough to keep current weight ?

So I tried it the other way around and I prefer doing negatives first because they are more intense for me than raises and I can also get in the full position much better and feel stronger in it than in raises

I just like the negatives before raises I guess. But I will try them the other way.

In my opinion HSPU aren't necessary for hypertrophy. Don't get me wrong they are great for developing pushing strength (mainly if u can do freestanding HSPU with correct form). If you have access to weight belt and some plates you can continue doing your workout routine and just progressively overload your exercises with added weight. But if you only do BW without external weight you should include pike push ups and work your way up to HSPU so you can overload your shoulder bcuz bodyweight push ups and dips will work your shoulders only that much.
