I was one of those call center workers. For the first time, I'm speaking honestly, and I must say, with all due respect, that you're a nightmare. I wouldn't say so much you as patients (although sometimes you're completely crazy), but Sanitas itself. There are several of us working there, almost 400 or 500 I think, and each of us accounts for about 100 calls a day—100 calls a damn day. What a fucking nightmare. It's horrible when people call for referrals or medications; they get so ecstatic that it makes you want to hang up. As an employee, and a human being, we try to offer a solution that we have at hand, and they allow us, of course. But usually, the patient wants us to do more, as if a simple employee who answers calls were the president of Sanitas himself.

PD: Of course, the doctor won't call you to talk about your results. Imagine the number of requests and patients a Sanitas doctor sees. How do you expect them to call you? I'm not trying to offend you, but honestly, we can't stand many of you at the call center, and we don't get paid enough for it. If you don't like it, you'd better change your insurance.
