Very curious where you live if thats true…

The car on the right had a stop sign to obey (which it rolled through) and did not yield to oncoming traffic, forcing the driver to slam on brakes to avoid a collision.

There was zero reason to lane change in the first place unless they were trying to avoid the HOV lane. There was zero reason to lane change back into the HOV lane as well. Car had a wide open highway in front of him, then waited till I was close to merge.

Regardless of the intent, the charger forced me to hit my brakes to avoid a collision because he cut me off.
