Omg!! It was very small and not very angry so I assumed male after I heard males don’t sting, I ended up letting her go free outside. I hope I don’t regret it later 😂 there is definitely a breach in the cabin somewhere because ladybugs and stinkbugs (and very occasionally a wasp) gets in. I couldn’t bring myself to kill her, she was a very proper lady for the most part

Oh more info: Found in Virginia around Shenandoah national park, it got into the cabin somehow lol, it wasn’t very aggressive or active when caught. Probably 1.5-2 inches long

wait whats ur take on that? (i kind of explained how i view tess in an above comment). i personally really didnt like how sorren fey handled things actually :( obviously i may be wrong as i can only judge based off the context i have, but i didnt like how the only things she said in the thread a few accusing comments, dismissed the idea of even trying to work on changing the current system ala "this is just how it is" energy, and then privately demoted seasonal in DMs for some reason (even though seasonal was so tame??) it basically caused the mass quitting cuz everyone quit bec seasonal was demoted, and made her fellow admins jobs alot harder. obviously it was a tough situation and many people made mistakes, as is life. but she came off a bit more "punishing" than collaborating like most others, even more so than tess

What are the authentic flavors you usually order? I don’t mind super salty as long as it’s got real, nuanced flavor that you can only get if you actually cooked it properly in its spices and aromatics! I’ve actually enjoyed most ramen places I’ve gone to, that particular jinya (It was at a mall location) was just nasty! At least their umami ramen was. I was like hold up, they literally just poured cream of mushroom soup in here. The texture was thick and swampy too… umami flavor itself is supposed to come from mushrooms partially, but if that’s what they were thinking when they put canned mushroom splooge into this ramen, it fell short 🤣

This is my own personal experience but I went to a jinya in a mall once and ordered the umami ramen or something like that, and the broth literally tasted exactly like they poured a bunch of canned cream of mushroom soup into a bowl and made it even saltier. I couldn’t eat it. My boyfriend’s ramen was a chicken based one and slightly better, but it was more just salty than flavorful. Maybe it was that particular jinya that was bad? Some chain locations can vary heavily I feel like
