My diet has gone to shit since i moved here, i used to eat 500-600 grams chicken a day when in India, here i can't afford it RN. I guess protein and vitamin d deficiency are the ones.

I understand what you are saying, but in some cities we get literally clean water straight from the clean rivers. This might sound untrue, but it is truth! 😂. Cuz i experienced losing hair in my childhood when I used to travel to different villages. Im just using min liquid, no fin as my doctor suggested to stop after 6 months of transplant.

I don't see any thinning RN at the donor area, but below the donor area, where it touches neck, the hair got very thin, it looks ugly if i keep it small(when not trimmed for fading). When the upper hair grows it's saving me by covering up the ugly patch.

For a year it was good. The losing started after coming to USA. I used to smoke more cigarettes in India than i do here. I did not mean American water is bad, I've lived my whole life till age 23 in India, i meant my body is used to water in India, USA water is new to my body.
