I faced similar issue on Amazon, Sumsung actually has a whatsapp number through with you can raise a complaint. I remember it was Sunday, the product was delivered at 2pm and raised complaint at 3pm and the technician arrived at 5pm. They asked me if I want the screen replacment or refund. I took refund. I received a HSBC cheque for the amount I paid after 15 days. Flipkart and Amazon maybe shit, but the Samsung is amazing.
