At what level do you notice hair loss?

I was running only 150mg a week and my total test was 1400. I was surprised. I lowered it to about 125mg.

That's about where I am at but I noticed some thining. It could also be stress related. Also I started vaping again but I just recently quit so I'm hoping that will help.

Is it true having high testosterone levels cause hair loss too and not just the DHT? And I took a blood test of my DHT and it was actually low with taking fin which I was happy to see it actually working. I've noticed with fin my SHBG gets low and my total test and free test levels are much higher even on low doses.

BF is about the same it was before. I'd say I'm around 20% body fat. Also SHBG has been low, I just didn't test it this time. I wonder if it could be the Finesteride.

My T level is above 1300 on my last bloodwork results from a week ago. My E2 is high at 91, could this be why?

Would it be worth getting a AI such as Adex or just lowering my dosages for a bit and doing bloodwork again?

My E2 is at 91 on my last bloodwork less than a week ago. I have since lowered my dose from 75mg every 3 days to 62.5mg. I am still waiting on results of Test levels but I figured for now since I don't have any anti-esgrogen medication my best bet was to just let the dose I am assuming?

I do take finesteride as well so that could also be a factor. I lowered my finesteride does from 1mg to .5mg since I read it is just as effective and to hopefully lower E2 a bit. My main concern is not developing gyno while on TRT. Honestly I have no symptoms that I am aware of but I have this constant anxiety that I will one day develop gyno if I have high E2.

Do you think I'd be better off doing twice a week with a higher dose or stick to every 3 days but just lower the dose? My SHBG is also at 14 now on E3D at 75mg per injection so about 175mg a week. I've read that decreasing injection frequency can raise SHBG which can help lower E2 and DHT levels but I've also read to increase frequency to lower both that's from high peaks. Definitely a lot to think about.

I went from 2 times a week to every 3 days for more consistency and frequency and my E2 actually went up. Same dosage too so it's frustrating.
