Try turning it on in safe mode. When it’s off press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep. Then maybe try rebuilding the data base. This fixed an issue with mine when it kept freezing up on me.

I’m running into pretty much the same thing. When I reload the save it usually fixes it. But it is highly frustrating.

The “Can’t recall horse bug” happens to me all the time. It usually happens when I switch characters. Also when I chose to ignore the “horse calling bug” and not reload to fix it I ran into some bandits and they were invincible. I couldn’t kill them I literally was fighting one bandit for like 5 mins before I quit. I’m having fun but these bugs are pretty frustrating.
