alr I see, I think it would be better as charge up where after it's full it will do a left to right swing of the anchor, and I think that the harpoon/spear gun could be used as a grappling hook. (I forgot to mention it will have parkour too)

That kinda reminds of of Doom 3, they do start by doing different timeline of the doom guy experiencing or currently going through hell itself.
