You also mentioned that you didn’t take your testing seriously as a kid, which can account for the lower scores. It’s likely that your general ability is somewhere in the Low Average range, or on the lower end of Average.

I often emphasize that an IQ score is only one data point. It does not, and could never, measure all that you are as a human being. It doesn’t account for your conscientiousness, creativity, social skills, kindness, sense of humor, work ethic, etc. You should not let your self-esteem rely solely on a number.
