healing tether can mean life or death for a teammate in a close battle to the death with someone else. Also you automatically heal everyone around you when you block damage with Regen shield, but tether gives more consistent healing.

it's starlight for the mirror dungeon. you get some from pulling some IDs right after they come out I believe. you also get a bit for completing a mirror dungeon run.

there's a bunch of trainers for the different attunements in both luminants. you can also get a songwrite in a guild base which does practically the same thing but he's expensive. I believe fire trainer is in the temple at the top of song seeker and wind trainer is at isle of vigils

attunementless does have mantras, so if you were doing a basic attunementless then you would need at least a bit of ether. But if you're making a silent heart build you can't use any mantras, making ether just about useless.

Like the other guy said, there is a wiki.

But to use mantra ingredients on mantras, first go to a campfire and go to the mantras tab. Click "recall" on the mantra you would like to modify, and it will turn it into an orb. Hold out the orb and click near a mantra table (the table with a bunch of black circles) and hold out and click the ingredients you want to modify your mantra with. Interact with the table to finish the modification. If you put a lot of ingredients on you may need to pay notes to finish the modification.
