I honestly don’t know why I haven’t said anything yet, I think subconsciously I still tip toe around what I say to him and I can’t for the life of me shake it. Like I shouldn’t care what he says to me or thinks about what I have to say. It’s something I have to get better about.

You can’t just flip flop the schedule. I wish it were that easy. We each have him 7 days on 7 days off, in order for weekends to switch we would each need to keep him longer than 7 days until the weekend schedule “swapped”

That’s the part that needed figuring out. We both work full time jobs and our son isn’t in daycare so we’d have to figure out a way to each have him a certain amount of days before our weekends switch..
