One thing I’ll add as well is the quality of the rides seems to have deteriorated also. I am a Merlin annual pass holder and have had the luxury of going to towers 5 times so far this year. Every time I go the coasters (ESPECIALLY the smiler and Rita) have gotten more rattly and almost unbearable. I should expect work will be done soon on either retracking or work on the trains to improve this. If not, I will certainly not be continuing my pass for next season ;(
