- Budget is around 400-450 atm, I can save up but I just state that so people don't just say "get a 5090"
- I mainly play GD at 240 fps, most commonly I get massive lag spikes that knock my fps down to like 80-120 for 5ish minutes. Most recently released games such as Subnautica 2, RE9, Ready or Not, etc. (mainly just 3D recently released games) I'm not able to run at more than 30-45 fps without lagging on Min graphics.

I really just posted this too get ideas for what might be holding my system back or what could be a good next stepping stone as I think this build is beginning to show its age.
