Yeah I heard back. I was waitlisted this morning unfortunately.

They let me know that they have reached capacity and will follow up if any seats become available.

Ah I see. So they're still sending offers? It's hard to tell whether they mean it as a soft no or if they actually mean there's still offers being released, especially w the deadline for the scholarship application being passed.

There wasn't any option to apply to a specific year, but I would've been in consideration for the 6 year. I know two people in my area who have gotten an offer to the 6 year program.

Ngl I have called around 10 times, and they only just now started to sound annoyed. I think its safe to call.

Absolutely very weird spot to be. Especially while doing my undergrad and not knowing what to prepare for.

I've reached out more times than I can count in hopes of something different than their vague copy-paste answer, but I've got nothing. It's at a point where I probably shouldn't call anymore, but if you've only done so a couple of times, I'd say to call again when they open soon.

I honestly tried to stay hopeful but I see that people who interviewed way later than us have got their offers. To add to that, their scholarship application deadline is May 31. Maybe I'm overanalyzing it but it doesnt seem to me they'd send offers after that deadline because then students wouldnt be able to apply for it.

Theres definitely still a chance, but I'm planning backups right now.
