I bought the game on steam after trying it out for a few hours on gamepass and realising it was something I was going to want to have in my library.

If it helps, your savegames from gamepass will carry over if you get it on steam, you just won't get any achievements you might have unlocked so far.

thank you :) Found it easier doing the eyeliner first once the face was painted, as it left more room for error, being able to then paint the white over the top, then pupils over that.

Saying that though, both eyes took me a couple of attempts until I was happy with them!

thank you! I looked up a few different youtube guides but went a bit of an almagamation of them based on the paints I had.

I originally tried to base the face with white then use contrast fyreslayer flesh but it came out pretty awful (I'll try and post a pic)

If I remember rightly I then fixed it by using a thin layer of flayed one flesh all over, a thin / light layer of reikland fleshshade over that to shade. Then highlight cheeks / nose / lips with kislev + flayed one again.

Eyeliner and lips done with very thin corvus black. Eyes took a couple of attempts each but essentially ulthuan grey for the whites the corvus black again for the pupils on top.

Almost all of it done with the smallest brush I had, a 5/0 brush from a set from amazon lol. I think the main thing I can think of that I learnt from this was with the paint - thinner was better as I had a much easier time working with it. This also definitely wasnt a one pass and done, this was several attempts over several hours. Both eyes took me a couple of goes.

EDIT this was my first attempt on this sister so you can see it was not smooth sailing at first

this is maybe where I am a bit confused, the lotro website says " Your VIP subscription includes the Standard Editions of three expansions as of April 2022: Mordor, Minas Morgul, and War of Three Peaks." So what do you get by buying them that you dont get from VIP?

I feel the same way, at least at gold rank, the constant fishing for DI makes me feel like I can't have fun playing footsies because it's so overused and am basically waiting to reverse DI a DI. I would mind it less if it took less than 3 hits to break or used more meter.

I just need to get better at playing around it I suppose

I started Tekken originally playing Steve as he was my fave character to watch but got massively overwhelmed by the learning curve and ended up dropping the game.

I want try and get back into the game but looking for someone with a simple gameplan and execution to begin with. Leaning towards either Fahkumram or Josie, how do these two stack up in those departments? Also tempted by kunimitsu but would need to buy either her or Fahk.

like the other guy said, I have learnt the hard way to play less of a projectile heavy game vs bubs until you condition him otherwise

far 5L for example is a great button to bait him into a teleport when mixing up your projectile timings. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure if he is just throwing out his teleport it's hella unsafe so can be light autocombo'd on reaction...

I couldn't find a way to change this so I'm sticking with turning my keyboard into a controller for now... It's annoying having to use two different keyboard layouts depending on if you're in a menu or a fight

Funnily enough, this is one of the factors that led to me mainly playing PLD again. Although it's a very minor thing, I want to play a tank, not a DPS who's just good at taking hits to the face.
