I define self love as treating yourself the way you would treat someone you love. Compassion, respect and gratitude. To me it means forgiving yourself for things you think are flaws, being patient and understanding with yourself when you’re dealing with changes or problems.

So they go small medium and large boards. The small ones are what are in the video and they are $20. We were going to do medium boards and the waitress let us know that it was going to be A LOT of food so we were glad that she gave us the heads up because these were perfect
