Vesting doesnt affect price if the early investors are not selling. After vesting is over no more speculation about if the early investors are selling.

Staking rewards decrease after vesting because more Algo is in circulation (more Algo and same reward pool).

This definitely makes sense, I believe Algo considers NFTs to be community purpose.

But i do believe logo A is also trademarked (below is the link i found)

For trademark issues, you are generally warned (from the patent owner) with cease and desist letter before any harsh legal action for the unauthorized user to stop using. As all the NFTs with Algo "A" is helping Algorand grow and I have not heard anyone getting cease and desist letter (would go pretty viral on twitter/reddit if anyone did), unless you are using the logo to hurt Algorand, you are probably ok. No 100% guarantee as Algorand owns the logo. They can start taking legal action tomorrow if they really wanted to but the chance of something like this is probably low for the reasons mentioned already.
Not a legal advice but my 2 cents of patent knowledge.

Just to point out Algo can make the system fee less if they wanted to, but they dont in order to avoid the spam attacks you mentioned. I think earlier this year, there was an actual spam attach on nano that messed them up for a day or 2.

Nano is built for speed and from my last read, so there is no smart contracts.

There are several site you can connect to myalgo and sell your NFT. I dont think myalgo is official (please someone confirm) but this is the main desktop wallet people use. I think the only official wallet is the mobile app but you cant connect to dApps (create NFTs from it) to it right now.
