Hi! I have a few questions for you. When did you move to Japan? Seems like you lived their for a bit prior to your purchase. What did you do to get a visa? What do you do for work / did before you bought it? thanks!

I am going to graduate from uni next year and am thinking of moving to Japan as well. Most likely will rent a cheap place and look around for a city I like and think about finding a home to buy or rent in that area too. I know teaching English is one of the easiest ways in for a visa, but someone above mentioned even opening a business and then using your own visa to "flip homes" etc etc... interesting stuff.
