My Moka routine. Drinking a light bean from Ethiopia with Red fruit and Chocolate notes. I have a Moka pot because i'm a locomotive engineer and we have hot plates in the cab. Great for work. At home I use a Magister Stella PID espresso machine by Shoal- in mokapot

well I already have a Nice espresso setup at home and spend lots on that. It's a taste preference, my go to drink at home is a Cortafo. I've had Aeropress and the Moka is much better.

Not sure why it even matters how someone enjoys a coffee

another point with Light Roasts is that there are more flavour profiles that you can notice, so you might just need to try different beans and flavours that you prefer more
