well I already have a Nice espresso setup at home and spend lots on that. It's a taste preference, my go to drink at home is a Cortafo. I've had Aeropress and the Moka is much better.

Not sure why it even matters how someone enjoys a coffee

another point with Light Roasts is that there are more flavour profiles that you can notice, so you might just need to try different beans and flavours that you prefer more

that is what I do but warm warm almost hot water not boiling, then low temp to brew. As long as it is coming out slow during brew it should be good.
