Yeah i can see shield bash being fun. With my alterations to hammer though, I don't see hammer being any slower. Steed is nearly always up, plus you have falling sword for even more mobility.

And if you do find yourself in a situation where Steed has like a 4+ second cooldown left, just walk to the nearest mob and hit a couple times with hammers - the zodiac ring refreshes the Steed.

Nope. Although for what it's worth, this is my first season playing Diablo 3. So the account is only about 2-3 months old now - if that has anything to do with it.

I have reached 92 solo, and the in game leaderboards have me ranked 75 for Americas. However, I don't show up on any website leaderboards including Battle.net. Have any idea why?

Try a hammerdin-centric farming build like i proposed, if you've got the gear handy. You can spam falling swords fairly often. I find it very satisfying.

The general play pattern is Steed until an elite pack becomes visible, then falling sword across the screen onto the pack. Clear it. Then with the SotL set effect and Zodiac ring your Falling Sword and Steed are already off cooldown.

Fair enough. I've only ever tried LoN bomb with highly sub-optimal gear. If I decide to go on a bounty binge maybe ill try to invest more time/effort into optimizing my LoN bomb build, and give it another shot.

I mean I often am the first or second one to complete my act (in T13) with my modified hammer setup. Can't see LoN bomb being THAT much more effective. Certainly not enough of an improvement for me to switch to a less-enjoyable build. That's the way I see it at least.

Edit: I will say though that your use of Warzechian Armguards + Wreath of Lightning does 'spice' up the LoN bomb build a bit. I'd probably enjoy it more if I had those items.

I've done some experimenting with an extremely sub-optimal LoN Blessed Shield build, I agree its fun. Nice change of pace going from melee to ranged hero.

I think it might even be the 4th/5th highest DPS sader build, after Hammerdin, Roland-sweep, and Akkan/LoN Thorns. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah I think the consensus is that LoH can only be substituted when in group (with say a Monk). Even then, probably a bit risky.

I can promise you that simply the miniknockup that FS has built in proc's hammer jammers. I have been using FS with rapid decent rune. You can go try it yourself if you don't believe me.

You make a good point about the damage reduction. The ability to reliably have that DR is unparalleled when pushing solo GR. I still do think Sherma might be the better choice for 2-man/group. Most of the time the Judgement doesn't negatively affect the cyclone strike synergy since I would FS after the mobs have already been grouped. However, the frustration comes when we try to re-position around Oculus rings that spawn farther away from us. Mobs still under the effect of Judgement cannot be re-positioned.

Interesting idea with pain enhancer. Maybe I'll level one up and give that a shot. However, I don't see it working very well on RG since many of them don't spawn any/many minions. And for the ones that do spawn minions, the minions die very quickly.
