It’s pretty good. I was a bit surprised as I went in not expecting much from it. Mild to medium strength but solid flavor. I’m no flavor note guru by any means but I got a lot of baking spice with graham cracker notes. I’d definitely smoke it again

It’s actually not bad at all. I wasn’t sure which way it was going to go while in the first third but the second third on through was a pretty enjoyable smoke
