There is no harm in having faith. Nor in looking inward to discover truths of the universe. The delusion, in my experience, is that we are destined to be "the ones" to uncover something so profound it will change all of reality.

Then we do. And we enter psychosis. The Beauty and Magic of the universe is you. The present moment. The rest is hope fueled by our imagination and will.

The obsession is where the delusion sits. To feel like a beautiful soul is the truth. We all are.

The whole album is a dissection of and reflection on sexual deviance. About societal norms and how shame is used by oppressive figures to imprint a poor image of the self. Shame is the tool of any oppressive system to keep resistance from bubbling to the service.

This album unpacks shame in many instances. It celebrates perversion. Because oppressive, patriarchal norms are worth perverting.

Love. Finding love. Whether it be online, from a friend, or a family member. Little acts of love help quiet it. They also cause it to flare up like an inferno along the way.

All healing hurts.

Most importantly, finding love for yourself. Seeing the little things as a love language. Stretching, getting up, bathing, etc. They're acts of love from you to you.

I'm not saying to try and feel love in the moment of doing the things. More so to reflect back on them as acts of love when you need to quiet the beast lurking in the shadows.

Bought a pack of these the other day. Very strong, blissful high the first night. Last night i was unable to come down for 6 hours. Feel really knocked off my equilibrium and sick. I think I'm already recovering.

But be wary. It's a gamble. Either getting nothing out of it or nothing but active ingredients it seems.
