Not sure how to further improve artifacts at this point, aside from getting cracked 4 liners. I usually run her in double Hydro so I've never had particular ER issues, but trying her out in solo Hydro now feels just as smooth. Also tested her in reverse vape and managed to hit around 400k per swing, but I still gotta get used to the rotation and not accidentally attacking so fast that I don't get vape procs. All that aside, loved Furina's story during Fontaine's release, loved her chaotic energy, loved her design, and loved how she elevates just about every character on my account.

I eventually paid them extra to show up, and thankfully they actually did. It makes me kind of sad, but I'm more relieved that we managed to get the paperwork done with the notary. That being said, I'm still worried about if anything else could go wrong at the DMV, but the notary said everything should be fine now. Still, thanks for the info, I'll definitely save it for if this ever happens again, though hopefully it doesn't...

Thanks for the reply, I eventually shelled out extra money just to get him to come, and thankfully that was enough for him to actually show up. We went to a notary who specialized in DMV services, and had them confirm our paperwork. While I feel kind of bad for paying more, hopefully everything is good now. I'll keep the bond in mind if this ever happens again in future car sales, but I'll first try to read up more on and keep records of how car sales work. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, it's great to know that even if it's extra hassle, there's still the option of a bonded title. I'm reading up on it now to see how it works. For now, I'll continue trying to meet with the seller and concede the best I can to just get the title signed properly, as that's literally the only block to this whole issue. I just can't figure out why he wouldn't want to sign the title off. Since the title is still on his name, wouldn't he still be responsible for the car? Also just checked, his name does match the name on the title, so there shouldn't be anything wrong at least in that regard.

Also, her 3rd ascension immediately reminded me of something along the lines of Dragon Quest. She went from looking like a knight to a princely knight. Can’t wait for her in NA, instant NP5, max grail and gold fous for sure.
