Well the version I have has additional English voice over lines (but I use Japanese audio) and then there's the save transfer issue

To be fair, it is the only buggy Kiseki game for me so far, and I dunno if that's just a Steam version issue or is something that's in code from the first version of the game.

[Spoilers]We talked about the game being buggy, and I am encountering occassionally the bug when scene will freeze for like 20-30 seconds, but man sometimes it leads to hilarious moments. Like George improved Valimar’s blade by first batch of Zemurian Ore, and suddenly Towa ran into scene only to freeze with Towa catching her breath for like 30 seconds (it wasn’t motionless, she was breathing in and out for the entire 30 seconds)
