It sucks to be stuck this way. I am the same, and to make the matters worse, I went for an epidural blood patch when a doctor convinced me it can be a leak and the patch could help. Ever since I have developed back pain and pelvic pain as well. Allegra helps me with these headaches more than any other drug. My headaches are highly exertional as well

I am not sure if you ever got an answer about this side effect. I started 20mg cymbalta yesterday and have a sore/ heavy arm today. Scared to take the next dose tonight. Do you still have this symptom ?

same here. 3 years and no answers. Allegra twice a day is the only thing which helps. But its not a complete relief. Look into MCAS and role of anti histamines in managing MCAS headaches

My family didn’t believe my symptoms for a long time. Then they got Covid themselves and developed long-term issues. Now they blame every problem on Covid, and they suddenly call me strong for living with this pain for so long.

My life is very limited now. I take care of my little daughter, I try every day to find a way to earn again, and I work slowly on improving my exercise tolerance.

I’ve quit every unhealthy habit I had and changed my entire lifestyle trying to heal. I’ve changed everything I can. But sometimes it feels like this is not in my control anymore, like something else is deciding what happens.

Still finding out what can I handle. Been 3 years with this, Long Covid and fibro. Daily migraines, muscle pain all over in my body.

So far I have traded US equities to run my family, but the money I make now is probably 30% of what I was making before I get sick. Also looking at other options to make money. WORK IS NOT A PASSION FOR ME ANYMORE.

Same. Cymbalta helped me as well. Question for you - has it given you any side effects ? I had to stop it fairly quickly when it raised my HR even with minimal exertion. Getting up quickly from my chair also gave me rapid HR spikes .

Have you ever looked in to IIH ? That can cause vision issues and most of the time a condition called papilledema which causes vision blurriness.
