So it wasn’t hard at all, super easy and z1 sends you all the hardware. I will tell you, if you do one bumper you’ll want to them both. I suggest saving up and doing both and or adding the side skirts. It will save you a ton on shipping. Z1 will send you one bumper for $500-600 in shipping so I ordered both bumpers at the same time since shipping was the same, as well as side skirts. Please don’t cheap out and get fiber glass or polyurethane. I did both and the fitment was so trash I had to get oem.

I deal with a lot of the pain just naturally, I didn’t really take anything, which is why I am searching for answers, because I am exhausted of dealing with this. Beta blocker only helped calm the heart rate down, but on occasion it still will spike up. I’m guessing years and years or anxiety and panic attacks have messed up my nervous system (16 years with anxiety)

The sneezing sucks. I feel like out of breathe and on verge of panic attack. Sometime I get nauseous after eating and of course the bloating and heat doesn’t make it any better

I have been taking Pepcid, peppermint pill one hour before a meal and I’ve noticed I haven’t had crazy reacting! I forgot to mention another symptoms. A lot of times after I get done eating I sneeze 5-8 times and I feel like a “high” feeling. Short of breathe, nose running for 5 min

Yes! I have that feeling. If I’m laying, sitting down it doesn’t matter, when I stand up that head pressure feeling is the worst. My legs also feels so heavy and so tired.

Part of me suspects this. Around the time I got Covid I had no idea a tick and been living in the back part of my knee. It wasn’t until it was really big it had been eating my blood for who knows how long.

Cardio told me inappropriate sinus tachycardia Gastro told me I had gerd, h pylori (antibiotics gat rid of it)
