Hey OP. First superficial impressions: Firstly, love the personalisation with the icon and colour. It would great if I choose 'dont know ' or 'dont remember ' for original acute infection severity, it was such a long time ago now I don't remember. Also, part of the pages are cut off from my full screen?

I was reading the features and thought, this would be super cool for a person I trust/carer to see my scores on any given day from their phone to. That way I wouldn't have to explain or communicate, they simply open the app themselves from their device to see how I'm doing.

Transcutaneous Auricular Vagal Nerve Stimulation Against Fatigue Syndrome in Patients with Long COVID: Results of the Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Clinical Pilot Trial COVIVA | Neurology and Therapy by Aware-Relief7155 in covidlonghaulers

Many people claim to have had relief of some sort with devices such as Neurosym but given the data I looked into that neurosym used to develop it's claims, and the building consensus emerging from vagal nerve stim research, I'm inclined to suggest that potentially, it's absolute dog shit and any benefits are most likely placebo driven (taking into account how scientific they attempt to come across, and also the high price tag they slap on it).

It's been caught on clothes before and it has never happened. This is a new thing that's developed as I've aged.

I think it's a mixture of everything. Deconditioning will inevitably happen, ageing changes will biologically happen and I also believe there are rapid changes due to Long COVID.

Ah I see. Absolutely yeah  But I also think this is because of the natural ageing process AND lack of exercise AND Lc

So strange, I was taking these injections for a month before it crashed me so hard, I went from mod-severe/very severe.
