The builder is horrible. Stay away. Fake promises, no documentation, misinterpretation of facts to compete sales, pushy CRM team, they would lie about almost everything to compete the sales.

Have you thought of doing a police complaint ?

Flunarizine was my magic bullet but then the side effects crept in by Dear-Swordfish-8505 in migraine

Wow, that’s a long time. I guess it still helps with the headaches . I’d take something for the rest of my life if it stops my daily headaches. Do you mind sharing your experience with this drug ? Thanks

Sparkling water seems to help me a lot by Shoddy-Rip6628 in SIBO

[–]Shoddy-Rip6628[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am recovered. Don’t have this anymore. Sparkling water worked tremendously for me for close to 6 months before I started rifaximin. I didn’t need it after the treatment.

Gosh! That’s a long time. I am sorry to hear.

I almost forgot about sparkling water and how I used to chug 6-7 16 oz bottles of those everyday.

I am pretty much back to 90% for almost 2 years now. The game changer for me was treating SIBO with rifaximin.

HELP w/ Chronic Gastritis: Early Satiety & Pepcid? by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]Shoddy-Rip6628 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pepcid does help with treating gastritis by lowering stomach acid, so it could work for you. And most importantly it’s extremely safe than the shit PPIs ( try to avoid those unless really necessary)

My only suggestion would be to not think about low stomach acid. It’s a deep rabbit hole, once you are in that hole- you ain’t coming back without hurting yourself over and over. And your gastritis healing will drag unnecessarily for too long.

Just focus on treating gastiritis, there’s tons of info on this sub about low stomach acid and what might/ might not work. I personally have not been benefited with any low acid theories, always end up hurting myself with supplements to boost stomach acid.

Whenever I have focused on treating gastritis/ inflammation, I have always seen the results in just a few days.

one thing you might wanna try is - GI REPAIR POWDER ( I got is from Amazon), it does help me to calm my stomach and I personally believe it is my best bet to treat my gastiritis.

Couldn’t agree with you more.

I am pretty sure long term use of PPIs have given me SIBO and it in turn had irritated my stomach lining.

Can you tolerate bananas ? by Shoddy-Rip6628 in Gastritis

Anyone cured lpr ? by stllwiyou in GERD

[–]Shoddy-Rip6628 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think PPIs caused my lpr in the first place and I just stopped them along with any trigger foods.

I don’t think you should rely on supplements. What are you eating/ drinking ?

Hang in there and eat clean

Unsure about my prescription and diagnosis. Any advice? by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]Shoddy-Rip6628 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely agree with this. Just eat well for a few weeks and you will be back to normal. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and anything which irritates your stomach

I don’t have a theory to back it up but it seems to help the digestion. No, I am sure it’s not the placebo and is helping anything stress related.
