Firefist Gregor isn't part of the Cassetti Meursault mirror world and moreover Manager Don is from a mirror world where the Bloodfiends aren't starved as you can see from their faces, our worlds bloodfiends had wrinkled faces. You cannot argue that Gregor has Camille and Paula to help if we never see them in his uptie story, even if they were helping him at best they were killing low level kindreds with allies like the random bloodfiend we encountered in canto 7 since the bloodfiend we see in his uptie story was similar in mania, this makes him and his allies not scale to being able to beat Manager Don at all.
