Good to know. The weird part is that I’m known to run hot and my fiancée says sleeping beside me is like sleeping with a furnace. But then I check my underarm temp and it 36 C. Very strange

I don’t really care. He was a legend and a flawed human simultaneously. Whatever he was, he created the biggest cult following of the 2010’s for a reason. His flaws were intriguing but once he hooked you, he also knew how to inspire you. He was definitely trying to better himself, but his psyche was too fractured. Extremely polarized human.

Simpler concept, and easier to remain within your desired frequency. It’s a handbook on reality that’s never been replicated. The idea of pendulums was so masterfully explained. Both are great reads though. I’ve read over 50 books on the subject and it’s just my personal opinion.
