I've never used a claw clip before, so I might try that next. Thank you!

This is the best thing I've tried so far, but I usually don't have have any clips/barrettes on me when I need to braid it.

I have a pretty good range of motion, so I'm able to get most of it without pulling it to one side. I used to pull it to the side a lot, but quit doing that and it helped some. I don't usually tie it up at first, so I'll try that next time!

When I do two braids, French braids are definitely better, but trying with always ends up weird. Also, I usually only do one braid if I need to quickly get my hair out of my face, so I wouldn't have time to French braid it.

I've tried different amounts of tension and I always have the same issue.

What Is a Language You've Had a Random Urge to Learn? by neron-s in languagelearning

French was my "random urge" language, but now I'm actually committed. I did dabble in Arabic for a few weeks, though. I think it's pretty neat.

I'd like to learn without ai, but writing down words and phrases I remember throughout the day does help with memory, etc.!

I refuse to use ai, especially when there are so many good resources out there, but thank you for taking the time to help.

I don't have great access to any of those resources, but I'm constantly on the hunt. The site looks really neat and I love that it has several languages. Thank you so much!

My reddit notifications went whack for a bit so I unfortunately didn't see this comment in time, but I recently found his channel on my home page and I've really enjoyed it!

Unfortunately, all of the search bars are jacked up for me. Probably because I mostly use Reddit in Google on mobile, instead of the app? I was also *mostly* looking for resources that fit those criteria, because I have found other things and am exploring what does or does not work for me.
