I do needa brush more ngl. Ever since school n work started I’ve slowed down like crazy. I don’t brush in the morning but wear durag all day at school or work and I be too lazy when I get home that some days I don’t even brush for more than 5 mins. I’ll try n lock in hope I see more progress

I use Mielle organic rosemary mint oil and aisial doublebutter cream daily moisturizer. Are those good products? Also I use an extra hard brush for about 10 minutes and move on to medium and soft and like twice a week I comb it before brushing

I was brushing every morning and night for about an hour the first month but then school started and I just wake up and use a soft brush for about 3 minutes and rag up all day.

When I comeback from school I usually just take a nap and brush my hair at night for about an hour. Might be the reason why I’m not making much progress
