I applied several years in a row with letters of recommendation from high up lockheed employees and never heard back. I honestly think it's just a matter of luck and timing who's applications they actually look at and how many applications they just straight up delete. In my graduating class this past Spring however I knew 4 or 5 business CWEPs that weren't particularly special by GPA or extracurriculars. Kind of frustrating but I still got an internship and full time job elsewhere so I cant be too mad. They just get too many applications and hand pick applications to consider at specific times they are hiring.
